In tribute to the life and legacy of an iconic rapper, late Martse,  the Black Missionaries Band performed his last big hit,  Mkatimo at  Community Ground in Lilongwe.

Anjiru Fumulani, Chizondi Fumulani and Peter Amidu said they are inspired by the rapper’s music career, lifestyle and legacy.

The Chileka based reggae group went even further and asked their fans at the show to observe a minute of silence in an honor  to life of  the fallen legend.

Martse, 27, passed away in may this year due to serious burns he sustained in Mangochi, after the house he slept in caught fire.

Meanwhile, government established a commission of enquiry to dig deep in what exactly  started the fire and results indicated that it was started due to unprofessional connection of electrical cables.
