Multi Award Winning rapper, Gwamba has pledged to financially help Pashello Charitable Trust, an organization based in Chikwawa which takes care of orphans and the less privilege.
The rapper said he has put 50 CDs of his recently released album “True Independence” on sale for which the proceeds will be donated to the organization as a support after being amazed by the work that, Mrs Malola (The Founder) is doing at the organization.
“I’m going to use my album to raise funds for Pashello. There will only be 50 CDs for sale. If you’re in Lilongwe or Blantyre, I will personally deliver a signed CD to you. If you’re in Mzuzu, we will make arrangements. You can buy it at any amount but the minimum buying price is 30,000 Kwacha. All the proceeds will be delivered to Pashello as soon as the 50 CDs are sold out,” part of his Facebook post read.
By the time of publishing this article, the rapper had already amassed K750, 000.00 through sells of 10 CDs, remaining with 40CDs to be sold.
