A man who stabbed three people in Rumphi district and killing one in the process has been found dead.
The district’s police spokesperson Sergeant Tupeliwe Kabwilo has confirmed of the incident and identified the man as Daniel Mshali whose body was found hanging in a tree within the area by villagers on Tuesday night.

After the villagers informed the Police, the scene was visited by the law enforcers together with medical personnel who conducted postmortem which revealed that death was due to suffocation and strangulation.
Mshali was being accused of stabbing to death Malani Mwabanga and assaulting Glory Mwabanga and Lusungu Mshali over family matters.
The incident happened at Mantchewe in the area of Traditional Authority Kachulu in Rumphi.
